Enginuity Design Studio

Three engineering agents in one window, each picking up where the last leaves off. Archimedes models the part, DaVinci runs the physics on it, and Vulcan programs the machine that makes it. They work in the CAD, simulation and CAM tools you already run, or in Enginuity Design Studio’s own engine.

01 / THE AGENTS

Three agents, each specialized for a workflow

Three specialists, one for each stage of the work: design, simulation and manufacturing. Pick the one that fits the task, and every message goes to the agent made for it.

Archimedes

CAD agent

Archimedes is the CAD side of Enginuity Design Studio. Describe the part, or the change you want made to it, and it does the modelling across the mechanical design tools you already run.

  • Create and modify CAD geometry from a plain-English description of the part.
  • Reason about parts, features, assemblies and design intent, so its work fits how your model is built.
  • Work inside the CAD seat you already own, without exporting to STEP or another file format.

DaVinci

CAE agent

DaVinci is the simulation side of Enginuity Design Studio. Describe the test and it runs the physics on the model you just built, then proposes the change that makes the part pass.

  • Run structural, thermal, modal and flow studies on the part itself.
  • Work out the loads, constraints and materials from the geometry.
  • Read stress, displacement and safety margin right off the model.

Vulcan

CAM agent

Vulcan is the manufacturing side of Enginuity Design Studio. Describe how a part should be made and it produces the machine-ready program, proven in simulation before it is cut.

  • Program machining, 3D printing, cutting and forming.
  • Read the geometry and recommend how to make the part: the process, the design-for-manufacture fixes, and rough cost and time.
  • Simulate the run before anything is cut, and flag gouges, collisions and supports that will not hold.

03 / BUILT NATIVE

A CAD seat is an option, not a dependency

Enginuity Design Studio ships its own native engine, so every agent can run inside the app itself — Archimedes builds the part, DaVinci runs the analysis, and Vulcan programs the machine to make it, with no external CAD, simulation or CAM seat installed. You can work with Enginuity Design Studio’s own engine or the applications you already have.
